Kevin Smerdon, President and CEO
Kevin Smerdon began is role as President and CEO of Citizens National Bank of Albion on April 9, 2024. He has been with CNB since 1995 and served as Lending Officer. Kevin served as Vice President & Senior Lending Office and Secretary to the Board of Directors prior to his Presidency.

David Broster,
David Broster is a grain farmer in Edwards County. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2004.

Ryan Jones, is a Partner, Secretary/Treasurer at Rural King in Olney. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2022.

Randall Longbons,
Randall Longbons is a local farmer and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2007.

Davis Messman,
Davis Messman owns a local farming operation and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018.

Jan D. Ridgely, Chairman of the Board
Jan Ridgely, is the retired President & CEO of Citizens National Bank. He began his employment in 1986 and was named President in 1999. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1999 and named Chairman of the Board in 2016 and retired as President on April 9, 2024. Jan will continue as Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Lawrence Speir,
Dr. Lawrence Speir is the Chiropractic at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018

Kelly R. (Andrews) Wolfe is a Lawrence County, Illinois native and resides in Albion. She has worked in Healthcare Administration for most of her career. Her last position was Director of Operations for a Rural Healthcare Clinic that served Edwards, Wayne and White Counties. She was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2022.

Richard H. Wolfe,
Richard H. Wolfe is the Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer and Bank Security Officer at Citizens National Bank of Albion. He began his employment in 1998 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2016.
